When contacting support, include:
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refund requests are also handled by Apple.
Restore purchases
If you have an active subscription and Ovuly Plus access is missing, open the app and use the restore purchases option. If the issue continues, email support.
Health permissions
Health access can be reviewed or changed in the Health app and in iOS Settings. Ovuly only uses the permissions you explicitly grant.
Data and privacy
Ovuly stores your cycle and symptom data locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts and we do not have access to your personal health data.
