Your privacy is fundamental to Ovuly. This policy explains what data the Ovuly mobile application ("App") handles, where it is stored, and your rights. In short: your health data never leaves your device, and we have no way to access it.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. There is no account system, no cloud sync, no analytics SDK, and no advertising tracker in the App. We have zero access to your health information.
The following data is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage frameworks. It never leaves your device through the App.

All HealthKit data stays on your device and is governed by Apple's HealthKit privacy protections. You can grant or revoke access at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
We never access HealthKit data in the background, and we never transfer HealthKit data off your device or to any third party.
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Apple's privacy policy governs the transaction data they handle.
The App may send local notifications (period reminders, daily log reminders, fertile window alerts) if you enable them. These notifications are scheduled on-device and do not involve any external push notification service or server.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. The only external communication is with Apple's StoreKit framework for subscription management.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child is using the App inappropriately, please contact us.
Your data benefits from the security features built into iOS, including device encryption and biometric lock. Since data is stored only on your device and never transmitted, there is no server-side attack surface.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
Because we do not collect or store your personal data, traditional data-subject rights (access, portability, erasure) are already satisfied — your data is entirely in your possession on your device. If you have questions about exercising your rights, contact us.
